What's Included

What Students Are Saying
Jenny explains every movement so clearly. I feel steadier on my feet and more relaxed after each class.
I was brand new to Tai Chi and a little unsure at first — the modifications made it easy to follow along from home.
The live Zoom sessions and recordings are perfect for my schedule. I keep coming back because I can actually feel the progress.
