Tai Chi Foundations
Meditation in Motion — With a Strong Foundation
Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese healing art often described as "meditation in motion." This 8-week online program is designed to help you build a strong foundation through Yang Style 8 Form Tai Chi, Tai Chi Walking, gentle warm-ups, standing meditation (Zhan Zhuang), and foundational Tai Chi principles and alignment.
With step-by-step instruction and real-time feedback, you'll learn not just the movements, but how to practice them with greater awareness and ease.
Whether you're new to Tai Chi or have learned forms before and want a deeper understanding, this program will help you move with greater ease, confidence, and flow. Modifications will be provided.
