Yoga for Energy: A mind-body practice that combines the ancient wisdom of Qi energy (means “life force”) with modern techniques to maximize the brain’s functions. Each class includes stretching, core strengthening, breathing exercises, energy awareness training, meditation and relaxation. All the postures can be modified according to students’ levels, so all are welcome.
Chair/Office Yoga: Recharge, unwind and improve balance and posture with this all-levels class. Experience gentle seated and standing poses, mindful breathing to de-stress and enhance your energy and focus.
Qi Gong: An ancient Asian healing mind-body practice that means energy work. Each class includes gentle stretching, guided breathing, energy meditation and mindful movements to improve balance, strength and immune function. Classes are suitable for all levels.
